Dahlia Imprint Romance
We specialize in fast-paced story lines packed with action and excitement. The romance stories focus on the developing re-lationship between the hero/ heroine. Sensuality ranges from mild to steamy. Our heroines in the romance line are strong women from their mid-twenties and upward. She can hold her own with her alpha male counterpart who is edgy and often dark and dangerous or mysterious and illusive. The reward for triumphing over the dangers faced and overcome is never ending happiness. Paranormal The majority of romances TT publishes contain some paranormal or even sci-fi element. The romance is still the heart of the story, and the setting is still the "real' world…with a little extra thrown in. Vampires, shapeshifters, fairies, elves, witches, demons, gargoyles, ghosts, psychics, mediums, telepaths, gods, goddesses, time travelers…these all belong in the paranormal world. If you start going off-world, as in outer space, or involving interplanetary characters or technology, you are tossing in sci-fi or fantasy, which we here at TT have no problem with. In fact, we like it. If you like romances with a twist, here are the authors for you! A few TT Paranormal Authors--who don't fit "neatly" into the romance genre, but favor romantic elements: Elizabeth Alsobrooks Ellen Fritz Francesca Quarto Romantic Suspense Though the core content of this category is still the relationship between the hero and heroine, there is also an exciting element of suspense or mystery and the couple's relationship revolves around their participation in the adventures.
